NC State University in Raleigh seeks a Temporary Business Officer to handle daily financial transactions, vouchers, and PeopleSoft entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state policies.
The role supports departmental operations, maintains records, and communicates with faculty, staff, vendors, and university offices. Requires knowledge of financial processes and strong attention to detail; part-time schedule offered with potential full-time opportunities.
The Temporary Business Officer provides financial and administrative support to the department by managing day-to-day financial transactions, processing vouchers and other financial documents, entering and maintaining accurate information in PeopleSoft Financials, and supporting the overall administrative operations of the office. The position will ensure transactions are processed accurately, timely, and in accordance with university and state financial policies and procedures.
