Job summary
ACRT, Inc. is seeking energetic foresters to join our Consulting Utility Forester team.
This full-time role suits entry level and experienced professionals with education in forestry, horticulture, arboriculture, or related fields and with field experience along utility lines. You will perform identification, inspection, and evaluation of trees and brush along utility lines; submit inspection results to clients with recommendations; discuss line-clearance access issues; and serve as a liaison
Qualifications
- Degree in forestry, horticulture, environmental science or related field or equivalent experience.
- ISA Arborist license preferred.
- Ability to work independently in varied weather and terrain.
Responsibilities
- Identify, inspect, and evaluate trees and brush along utility lines.
- Submit inspection results and recommendations to clients.
- Discuss and negotiate line-clearance access with crews and stakeholders.
- Act as liaison between clients, crews, and customers.
