CDM Smith in the United States seeks an Industrial Client Service Leader to drive growth with electric utility clients nationwide. This role identifies opportunities, wins projects and grows key client accounts while delivering high-quality consulting, engineering and EPC services.

You will lead business development, nurture relationships, and collaborate with senior managers and the technology group to improve project delivery and expand market share across the utility sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic travel up to 40%.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development for major utility clients in the U.S.
• Manage client engagement and service delivery.
• Grow market share by partnering with senior project managers and key technical specialists.
• Collaborate with our technology group to improve project delivery for clients.
