Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle first response to customer service inquiries via billing software.
• Explain policies and procedures to customers.
• Assist customers in person, by phone, and by email to resolve account discrepancies.
• Take deposits, open new accounts, and finalize existing accounts.
• Post payments and reconcile cash receipts.
• Input and retrieve information from computer systems.
