Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle billing and collections for water and wastewater services.
• Receive inquiries and complaints about water services and respond accordingly.
• Administer and monitor payment plan agreements and document communications.
• Prepare deposits and back up daily cash handling for city departments.
• Process NSF checks and notify departments of returned items.
• Review and process daily work orders for service changes and meter activity.
• Assist customers in person and by phone with payments and inquiries.
• Enter data into billing system and ensure accurate account application of payments.
