Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receives, processes, and completes utility payments (water and sewer).
• Maintains accurate account information for billing.
• Assists in penalties, late notices, and cutoffs for past-due accounts.
• Open and close utility accounts as needed.
• Answers phones and assists customers with billing inquiries.
• Issues work orders for service connections or disconnections and coordinates crews.
• Provides professional customer service and supports the Utility Billing Supervisor.
