Village Center Community Development District in The Villages, FL is seeking a Utility Billing - Customer Service Rep to perform billing and collection duties for multiple services. The role emphasizes accurate response to residents and businesses, adherence to district policies, and professional customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in Business Management, Customer Service or related field; or 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly.
• Familiarity with office software and basic accounting concepts is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Process billing reports and statistics.
• Communicate with property owners, tenants, title companies, realtors, attorneys and other entities about account status.
• Assist residents with ACH withdrawal setup and collect various billings (amenity, utility, sanitation, RV).
• Maintain document storage integrity via scanning and electronic storage protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries professionally.
