The Villages Community Development Districts is seeking a Utility Billing - Customer Service Rep in The Villages, FL. This full-time role focuses on accurate billing, courteous customer support, and efficient handling of district services.

Responsibilities include processing billing reports, resolving account inquiries, aiding ACH setups, and maintaining records. A strong customer-service background and basic software skills are essential for success in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in Business Management, Customer Service or related field; or 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient with MS Office; knowledge of utility billing programs helpful.
• Excellent customer service and strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process billing reports and statistics for District services.
• Communicate with property owners, tenants, title companies and others regarding account status.
• Assist residents with ACH setup and perform collections for various billings.
• Maintain document integrity through scanning and digital storage.
• Provide public-facing service at community events and distribute District information.
