Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two (2) years of clerical experience involving public contact and exposure to utility billing, or related accounting functions.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Experience with utility billing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process utility billing, payments, adjustments, and delinquency notices.
• Maintain customer accounts; research and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Receive, receipt, balance, and deposit daily payments.
• Run routine reports and identify irregularities.
• Provide front-counter, phone, and general clerical support.
