Responsibilities

• General: Ensure accurate utility information is accounted for by property.
• ChargeCalculations: Complete charge adjustments for gas, water, electricity and central plant/HVAC; complete financial documentation.
• Operations: Coordinate with field personnel on utility allocations, meter readings, tenant changes/charges, and budgets information.
