Responsibilities

• Complete charge adjustments for gas, water, electricity and central plant allocations for tenants.
• Validate and coordinate utility charge calculations and ensure accurate utility information per property.
• Maintain utility rate libraries and historical/use libraries as required.
• Collaborate with paralegals, collectors, lease accounting and accounting teams on billing questions.
