Morgan Properties is seeking a detail-oriented Utilities Associate to drive portfolio-wide utilities performance, billing accuracy, and service restoration across a multifamily portfolio. You will coordinate with property teams, vendors, and corporate stakeholders to deliver timely, compliant outcomes.

The role emphasizes organization, analytical thinking, and strong communication to support portfolio performance and resident experience.

Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in utilities management, property operations, or related field preferred.
Demonstrated organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholders and partners.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage shared utilities inboxes, ensuring timely review and routing of requests.
Create, update, and maintain Zendesk tickets related to utilities issues and billing inquiries.
Coordinate restoration of utility services with vendors and property teams.
Assist with utility funding approvals by compiling documentation and reviewing reports.
Track and follow through on routine utilities requests to ensure timely resolution.
