Job summary

Norsk Hydro is hiring for a production associate at our Monett, MO facility. You will train across multiple production areas and operate heavy equipment on a rotating 12-hour night shift with a starting rate of $23.00/hour plus a $1.00/hour night premium.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, following safety procedures, and supporting production operations in a heavy industrial environment. High School Diploma or GED and good English communication required.

• Perform general production duties in both hot and cold working conditions.

Starting Rate of Pay:

$23.00/hour

Shifts Available and Hours:

Night Shift
5:45 PM - 6:00 AM

2-2-3 rotating 12-hour shifts (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on)

Shift Premium:

+$1.00/hour for night shift

What you will be doing

Required Education/Experience

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

• Previous industrial manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Experience operating forklifts, payloaders, bridge cranes, or other mobile equipment is an asset.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.
• Physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multiple production processes.
