Job summary

Hydro Extrusions is seeking a permanent Production Associate in Mountain Top, PA. The role includes interpreting work orders, operating machinery, and maintaining safety and efficiency in the production area. Starting rate of pay is $19.16/hour with first shift hours and standard duties as described.

Education required is a High School Diploma or GED. On-the-job training is provided; prior manufacturing experience is not mandatory.

Shifts Available and Hours: 1stShift, Monday through Thursday, 5:45am-3:45pm

What you will be doing

• Interpret work orders or receive verbal instructions to determine necessary materials, equipment, and assignments.
• Review plans, instructions, or specifications to guide work activities.
• Operate assigned equipment or machinery safely and efficiently.
• Lift and stack products while adhering to safety standards.
• Maintain productivity and efficiency in assigned areas.

What will make you successful?

Required Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• No prior work-related skills or experience are necessary; on-the-job training is provided.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to consistently lift 25 pounds throughout the day, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
