Job summary

Hydro is hiring at its Phoenix, AZ facility for an entry-level production worker in the Press department. You will support quality and dimensional checks, assist in moving materials, and help in packaging and housekeeping to maintain a safe and efficient line.

Starting pay is $20.12 per hour with a $1 shift premium for night shifts. The role requires basic English and willingness to stand for long periods; prior manufacturing experience is a plus, and opportunities for retirement savings and

Responsibilities

• Assists other workers in ensuring the correct dimensions and quality standards for products.
• Moves and positions materials at work site with help of other workers.
• Assists saw operator.
• Holds tape assists in measurements and/or layout in production.
• Loads, stacks, and work in process by hand or truck.
• Makes out production identification tickets.
• Assists in packaging material.
• Cleans work area, machines, tools, and equipment.

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours or 12 hrs. shift.
