Accenture seeks a senior Utilities Transformation leader to drive large-scale, end-to-end programs across Energy Retail and Customer Operations, shaping strategy through execution with a focus on digital transformation, customer experience, and meter-to-cash performance.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, influence enterprise priorities, originate and close new business, and oversee multi-disciplinary delivery teams, embedding data, analytics, and AI into operating models

Qualifications

• 12+ years in utilities with Retail, Customer Operations and Meter-to-Cash transformation.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs and CIS implementations (SAP/Oracle).
• Proven ability to advise executives, manage engagements and drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, end-to-end transformation programs across Energy Retail and Customer Operations.
• Advise C-suite and senior executives, aligning transformation initiatives with business goals.
• Define market-leading offerings in Energy Retail and Customer Transformation.
• Originate and close complex deals, shaping strategy and value propositions.
• Oversee cross-disciplinary delivery teams, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
• Act as a thought leader on industry trends, contributing to IP development and client workshops.
