Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior leader in Utilities to drive end-to-end transformation across Energy Retail and Customer Operations, including meter-to-cash processes and digital transformation initiatives that improve customer experience and operational performance.

You will partner with C-suite executives to shape enterprise priorities, originate and close new business, mentor teams, and ensure high-quality delivery across multi-disciplinary engagements while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Utilities sector experience, with Energy Retail and Customer Operations.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs, including SAP CIS implementations.
• Proven ability to advise executives and influence strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programs across Energy Retail and Customer Operations.
• Serve as trusted advisor to C-suite and senior utility executives.
• Define and drive market-leading offerings in Energy Retail and Customer Transformation.
• Originate and close new business, contributing to revenue growth.
• Oversee delivery teams and ensure high-quality outcomes.
