Skydio in the United States seeks a Sales Director, Utilities, to lead five quota-carrying sellers and drive large, dock-network utility programs. You will sharpen deal strategy, join executive meetings, and recruit and coach a high‑performing team across multiple accounts.

You will collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Deployment, and Product to win complex multi-year deals, forecast honestly with MEDDPICC, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise sales of hardware/software/SaaS with multi-year deals in seven/eight figures.
• Experience selling to investor-owned utilities and navigating MSAs and regulatory budgets.
• Proven land-and-expand selling on a concentrated book of named accounts.

Responsabilités

• Lead five quota-carrying sellers and recruit/coach top talent.
• Sharpen deal strategy and participate in executive sponsor engagements.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Deployment, and Product to win large utility deals.
• Build a track record of accurate, MEDDPICC-based forecast and pipeline integrity.
• Travel up to 50% to customer sites and field opportunities.
