Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in the Medium Voltage Distribution Market (Utility Market is a must).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to maximize performance.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
