Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise sales of hardware, software, or SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Lead five quota-carrying sellers and coach them to over-achieve.
• Sharpen deal strategy and act as executive sponsor with utility leadership.
• Recruit, onboard, and ramp new sellers with a clear path to success.
• Build MEDDPICC rigor and accurate forecast reporting.
