Job summary

Sight & Sound in Branson, MO is seeking an usher to welcome guests with outstanding service and ensure their comfort. This temporary full-time role focuses on seating guests, maintaining a safe, clean arrival experience, and coordinating with Box Office, House, and Concessions.

You will need strong interpersonal skills, be able to move quickly and safely, and uphold Sight & Sound's values. The position ends December 31, 2026, with eligibility for employment verification in the United States.

The Usher will provide guests with the highest levels of customer service and safety which includes courteous, timely, efficient seating and to aid in guests overall comfort.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide the highest level of customer service through directing and assisting guests.
• Prepare the House for reception of the guests.
• Interact with Box Office, House and Concessions to resolve customers concerns. Assist with special needs and requests.
• Monitor and assist with restroom and lobby appearance.
• Assist with an emergency situation in public areas involving guests.
• Maintain unity among members of the Guest Services Department.
