Sight & Sound in Branson is seeking an Usher to deliver top-tier guest service and safety, guiding guests to their seats and assisting with special needs.
You will collaborate with Box Office, House, and Concessions, maintain lobby and restrooms, and respond calmly to emergencies, while fostering teamwork within Guest Services.

The Usher will provide guests with the highest levels of customer service and safety which includes courteous, timely, efficient seating and to aid in guests overall comfort.
The physical demands of this position are active in nature. You will be on your feet most of the day, walking and running regularly, outdoors and indoors, consistently communicating with team members on a headset, and physically assisting Guests. Work in the theater may require constant usage of stairs. Assisting Guests may involve lifting and/or supporting Guests in and out of wheelchairs, seats, etc. This position is expected to frequently lift/exert up to 25 lbs. of force.
