Job summary

ASM Global is seeking staff to assist guests during events at our arena. You will help with seating and information, stay at your post, and monitor for spills or safety issues to ensure a smooth experience.

The role requires clear communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced, noisy environment with crowds and flashing lights.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• One-year prior experience in a customer service position preferred.

• Performs other related duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor

Skills and Abilities

• Must be able to communicate clearly, have a friendly disposition, and a smile!
• Candidates must be able to stay calm in the stressful and fast-paced environment of an arena.
• Experience in handling conflict in a friendly and effective manner is preferred.

Physical Demands

• Ability to navigate a variety of floor surfaces and areas, including continuous standing and walking, including up and down stairs.
• Ability to verbally communicate in a clear manner with guests, teammates, and building staff.
• Ability to work in a variety of environments, including but not limited to heights, elevators, darkened arena, around crowds, loud noise, and flashing lights.
• Continuous standing and walking, including up and down stairs.

Hours of Work and Travel Requirements

Vary by show to include days, nights, weekdays, and weekends.
