Job summary

Dow Event Center/Jolt Credit Union Event Park is seeking event staff to assist guests, guide seating, and monitor venues during events. The role requires a helpful, safety-minded individual capable of standing for long periods and navigating stairs.

Training on procedures will be provided, with opportunities to assist in incident reporting and clean-up duties after shows. The position emphasizes strong guest interaction, reliability, and adherence to event policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months experience in customer service related field recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assist attendees and guests with information, seating, and event guidance.
• Monitor events and spaces to ensure safety and order.
• Distribute information about upcoming attractions and events.
• Escort guests to sections/seats, especially in low-light conditions.
• Report issues to operations staff and assist in incident documentation if needed.
• Perform light cleaning and setup duties after events.
• Stand and walk for long periods; may ascend/descend stairs.
