Job summary

ASM Global LLC. is seeking a customer service representative to assist patrons at public and private events. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe environment, assisting with seating, and addressing customer needs and complaints.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly disposition, clear communication skills, and the ability to stay calm in fast-paced situations. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, along with one year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist patrons with their customer service needs while attending a public or private event.
• Assist patrons with seating or other information as needed.
• Maintain position on post, viewing area of responsibility.
• Oversee assigned area for spills or situations requiring staff attention.
• Operate handicap lift with wheelchair‑containing patron (if applicable).
• Receive and act on complaints from patrons according to established policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• One-year prior experience in a customer service position preferred.

Physical Demands

• Navigate a variety of floor surfaces and areas, including continuous standing and walking and up and down stairs.
• Verbal communication in a clear manner with guests, teammates, and building staff.
• Work in a variety of environments, including heights, elevators, darkened arena, around crowds, loud noise, and flashing lights.

Hours of Work and Travel Requirements

Vary by show to include days, nights, weekdays, and weekends.
