Job Title

Usher – Reports to: Events Manager – Department: Guest Services/Event Operations – FSLA: Hourly, Part‑time – Salary: $16.90/hr – ASM GLOBAL, a public facilities management company, has immediate openings for part‑time Usher at Save Mart Center.

Position Summary

This position will greet and assist guests at events, answer questions that arise, and represent the facility with outstanding friendly customer service. The usher will also report problems or concerns to the appropriate department.

Major Responsibilities

• Receive all guests with outstanding friendly customer service.
• Answer general questions about the arena and provide assistance when needed.
• Assist the Event Manager and Usher Supervisors as required.
• Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Working Conditions

This position is not substantially exposed to adverse conditions other than loud sound for some events.

• Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others in both oral and written form.

Education and/Or Experience

Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or GED required; at least six (6) months of customer service experience preferred.
