• Answers Information Service Center calls professionally.
• Deploys equipment, installs or upgrades software, resolves issues with computer systems.
• Logs all calls in the Information Service Center database.
• Provides technical assistance to users and trains on proper use of PCs and peripherals.
• Reports urgent problems to appropriate staff immediately.
• Identifies recurring problems and takes corrective action.
• Collaborates with Information System staff on projects as assigned.
