Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 years in end-user computing.
• Experience with PC, Apple, and mobility devices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level end-user support for computing equipment.
• Install and configure operating systems and applications on new devices.
• Coordinate hardware warranty issues with third-party vendors.
• Document procedures and log all help desk requests.
• Support faculty and student online learning and email issues.
