What you will be doing

As Support Analyst, you willcontributeto the direction of user support services,identifyingopportunities for improvement, and implementing initiatives to enhance the overall user experience.

You will ensuretimelyresolution andmaintaincommunication withregional supportto provide updates and manage expectationsfor clients.

You will collaborate with productmanagement, productdevelopment, engineering, and other departments to communicate user feedback,identifysystem improvements, and contribute to ongoing product enhancement.
