Job summary

FIS in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Support Analyst to contribute to user support services, coordinate with regional teams, and help improve the Integrity Edition Treasury and Risk Manager product.

You will work with product management, engineering, and deployment teams to gather feedback, resolve issues, and enhance the SaaS platform, ensuring excellent client experiences.

• Bonus: Thorough knowledge of Integrity SaaS, SQL Analysis skills.

What you will be doing

As Support Analyst, you will contribute to the direction of user support services, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing initiatives to enhance the overall user experience. You will ensure timely resolution and maintain communication with regional support to provide updates and manage expectations for clients. You will collaborate with product management, product development, engineering, and other departments to communicate user feedback, identify system improvements, and contribute to ongoing product enhancement.

Working with Regional CS/CX/PS teams
