Job summary

FIS is seeking a Sr. Lead Consultant to steer complex Integrity Treasury Management System implementations for large clients. You will guide solution design, integration, testing, and deployment, collaborating with business, technology, and executive stakeholders to drive adoption and efficiency.

You will mentor teams, manage risks, and deliver measurable treasury business outcomes across banking and payments domains.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or Business.
  • Extensive experience leading enterprise Treasury Management System implementation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of treasury operations, cash management, liquidity, payments, and forecasting.
  • Experience implementing FIS Integrity TMS solutions.
  • Expertise in business process analysis, requirements management, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Treasury Management System implementation programs from discovery through production deployment.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to analyze treasury operations and define future-state processes.
  • Design scalable TMS solutions covering cash positioning, liquidity, payments, forecasting, and bank connectivity.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops and translate needs into functional/technical solutions.
  • Manage deliverables, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
  • Lead configuration, integration planning, data migration, testing, and UAT activities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on APIs, ERP integrations, banking interfaces, and data workflows.
  • Provide treasury best-practice guidance to optimize efficiency and controls.
  • Support change management, training, and user adoption across client organizations.
  • Mentor consultants and project teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

About the Role

As a Consultant Sr. Lead, you will lead complex Integrity Treasury Management System (TMS) implementation programs for enterprise clients, helping them transform treasury operations, cash management, payments, and financial risk processes. You will serve as a strategic advisor throughout solution design, implementation, integration, testing, and deployment. Success in this role requires deep treasury domain expertise, strong consulting capabilities, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while delivering measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate with business, technology, and executive stakeholders to drive adoption, operational efficiency, and client success.


What You Will Be Doing


  • Lead end-to-end Treasury Management System implementation programs from discovery through production deployment.

  • Partner with client stakeholders to analyze treasury operations and define future‑state business processes.

Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or skills‑based equivalent experience.

  • Extensive experience leading enterprise Treasury Management System implementation projects.

  • Strong knowledge of treasury operations, cash management, liquidity management, payments, bank account management, and cash forecasting.

  • Experience implementing FIS Integrity Treasury Management System solutions.

  • Demonstrated expertise in business process analysis, requirements management, solution design, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Experience managing complex system integrations, data migration activities, and end‑to‑end testing programs.

  • Strong understanding of treasury technology ecosystems, banking connectivity, payment networks, and financial operations.

  • Excellent consulting, facilitation, communication, problem‑solving, and executive presentation skills.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Treasury, cash management, corporate banking, or financial services industry experience.

  • Experience integrating TMS platforms with ERP systems, payment hubs, data warehouses, and banking platforms.

  • Knowledge of SWIFT connectivity, payment processing, bank communication standards, and treasury controls.

  • Project management or agile delivery certifications.

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or similar treasury certification.

  • Experience leading global or multi‑entity treasury transformation initiatives.
