Job summary

FIS is seeking a Support Analyst in Jacksonville, FL for a hybrid role. The position focuses on directing user support, identifying improvements, and ensuring timely client updates.

You will collaborate with product teams to relay feedback and drive enhancements while coordinating with regional support to manage client expectations. Ideal candidates bring a solid understanding of corporate treasury, strong analytical/problem-solving abilities, and clear communication of complex concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Science required.
• Experience with SaaS environments and product feedback processes is a plus.
• Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to directing user support services and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure timely resolution and keep regional support updated on client expectations.
• Collaborate with product management, development, and engineering to feed back user insights and drive product enhancements.
• Engage with Regional CS/CX/PS teams to analyze issues for faster resolutions.
• Work with Development Teams on resolutions and look for client/product improvements.

What you will be doing

As Support Analyst, you will contribute to the direction of user support services, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing initiatives to enhance the overall user experience.

You will ensure timely resolution and maintain communication with regional support to provide updates and manage expectations for clients.

You will collaborate with product management, product development, engineering, and other departments to communicate user feedback, identify system improvements, and contribute to ongoing product enhancement.
