Job summary

Magpie Health Analytics seeks an HCD Specialist to improve digital applications for federal health clients. You will study how users interact with health software, uncover pain points, and propose actionable design improvements.

Responsibilities include conducting interviews, usability studies, and discovery sessions; developing personas, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes; and ensuring accessibility per Section 508, WCAG, and U.S. Web Design System.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HCI, UX Design, Psychology, or a related field with 4+ years of experience.
• Experience with user interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, and prototyping.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, including interviews, usability studies, and discovery sessions.
• Analyze findings to develop personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
