Job summary

Ed Voyles Automotive Group in Smyrna, GA seeks a Used Car Manager to own the pre-owned department, overseeing inventory, appraisals, pricing, and the sales floor with strong leadership backing from a multi-store group.

You will acquire, appraise, and price pre-owned inventory to hit turn and gross targets, manage aging, and drive wholesale decisions. Lead the team, use data tools, and build pipelines for acquisitions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of used car management or pre-owned sales management experience.
• Ability to read the market and move inventory before it ages.
• Lead from the floor and hold the team accountable to the numbers.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, appraise, and price pre-owned inventory to hit turn and gross targets.
• Manage aging, wholesale decisions, and reconditioning timelines.
• Desk deals, structure numbers, and collaborate with F&I to maximize every deal.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to hit volume and CSI goals.
• Use market data and inventory tools to stay ahead of the market.
• Build trade-in and acquisition pipelines from service, sales, and auction.
