We're looking for a Used Car Manager who wants full ownership of the pre-owned department. You\'ll run inventory, appraisals, pricing, and the sales floor for our pre-owned department, with the backing of a multi-store dealership group behind you.

What you\'ll own

• Acquire, appraise, and price pre-owned inventory to hit turn and gross targets
• Manage aging, wholesale decisions, and reconditioning timelines
• Desk deals, structure numbers, and work closely with F&I to maximize every deal
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to hit volume and CSI goals
• Use market data and inventory tools (vAuto or similar) to stay ahead of the market
• Build trade-in and acquisition pipelines from service, sales, and auction
