The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus expertise with VAuto, Dealertrack, and VIN Solutions. Strong communication, organization, and reporting skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with automotive management and used-vehicle operations preferred.
• Background check, drug screening, and MVR required.

Responsibilities

• Forecast goals for sales, gross and expenses monthly and annually.
• Supervise department staff and ensure proper staffing.
• Assist salespeople with setting goals and provide support to meet them.
• Develop and monitor a follow-up system for used-vehicle purchasers.
• Manage inventory display, pricing, and wholesaling activities.
