CarGuys Inc. is seeking an Automotive Used Car Sales Manager to lead a high-performance sales team across dealerships nationwide. The role involves recruiting, training, and developing staff while maintaining high customer and owner satisfaction and overseeing vehicle operations.

The candidate will review unit sales forecasts and gross profit to ensure growth, profitability, and long-term dealership success in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple items.
• Attention to detail; high CSI and sales volume.
• Love for being involved in the deal, not just admin work.
