This role requires proven leadership, strong vehicle appraisal skills, and the ability to source inventory, optimize pricing, and ensure a best-in-class buying experience.

• Previous Used Vehicle Sales Management experience required.
• Proven success managing dealership inventory and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the Used Vehicle Sales Team.
• Acquire and purchase quality inventory through auctions, trade-ins, wholesalers, and other sourcing channels.
• Accurately appraise trade-in vehicles and maximize acquisition opportunities.
• Manage inventory levels, pricing strategies, aging, merchandising, and profitability.
• Coordinate vehicle reconditioning to ensure timely, cost-effective retail readiness.
• Monitor inventory performance and adjust strategies to maximize turn and gross profit.
• Oversee advertising, merchandising, online listings, lot presentation, and vehicle deliveries.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the buying experience.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Service, and Parts departments to achieve dealership goals.
• Analyze reports, market trends, and department performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and dealership procedures.
