Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the used car inventory to maximize profitability.
• Review leads and outbound communication daily via dealer tools.
• Set appraisal standards and perform vehicle evaluations.
• Partner with the Used Car Manager to identify trade‑in opportunities.
• Use dealership tools and CRM systems to streamline operations.
• Maintain front‑line readiness: stickers, plate frames, wholesale units, vehicle presentation.
• Be the used‑car expert on trims, tech, and must‑have packages.
• Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Execute consultative selling and guide customers confidently.
• Resolve concerns quickly through CRM, phone, text, and email.
• Deliver impactful vehicle demonstrations to influence decisions.
• Stay engaged with prospects and past customers to fuel growth.
• Lead by example and elevate the team with daily energy.
