Job summary

Titus-Will Automotive Group in Sumner, WA is seeking a motivated Used Car Sales Consultant to help customers find the right vehicle for their needs. You will greet customers, conduct test drives, and guide them through the selection and delivery process.

Position offers a commission-based compensation range ($40,000–$160,000 annually) with benefits including paid sick leave, holidays, health insurance, and a 401(k). Weekend availability is required to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

Titus-Will Automotive Group has been a family-owned South Sound institution since 1938. We're looking for a motivated Used Car Sales Consultant to join our Sumner team and help customers find the right vehicle for their needs.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $40,000–$160,000 annually (commission; total compensation depends on sales performance)


• Paid sick leave accrued at 1 hour for every 40 hours worked


• Paid holidays

What You'll Do

• Greet and guide customers through the vehicle selection process, from initial inquiry to delivery


• Conduct test drives and walk customers through vehicle features and options


• Build and maintain a customer pipeline through follow-up and referrals


• Negotiate pricing and financing options in coordination with the finance team


• Maintain up-to‑date product knowledge on new and used inventory


• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Prior sales experience preferred (automotive sales a plus, but not required)

• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record (required for test drives and vehicle moves)


• Ability to work a retail schedule, including weekends
