Job summary

Titus-Will Automotive Group in Sumner, WA is seeking a motivated Used Car Sales Consultant to help customers find the right vehicle for their needs. You will greet buyers, guide the selection process, and coordinate with the finance team to explain options.

This role features a pay range of $40,000 to $160,000 annually, with commission based on sales performance. A valid driver's license and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience preferred (automotive sales a plus, but not required).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable with a commission‑based pay structure and performance goals.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work a retail schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide customers through the vehicle selection process, from initial inquiry to delivery.

• Negotiate pricing and financing options in coordination with the finance team.
• Maintain up-to‑date product knowledge on new and used inventory.

Titus-Will Automotive Group has been a family-owned South Sound institution since 1938. We're looking for a motivated Used Car Sales Consultant to join our Sumner team and help customers find the right vehicle for their needs.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $40,000–$160,000 annually (commission; total compensation depends on sales performance)


• Paid sick leave accrued at 1 hour for every 40 hours worked

What You'll Do

• Greet and guide customers through the vehicle selection process, from initial inquiry to delivery


• Conduct test drives and walk customers through vehicle features and options


• Build and maintain a customer pipeline through follow-up and referrals

• Maintain up-to‑date product knowledge on new and used inventory

What We're Looking For
