Job summary

Titus-Will Automotive Group in Sumner, WA is seeking a motivated Used Car Sales Consultant to help customers find the right vehicle for their needs. You will guide buyers from initial inquiry through delivery, with an emphasis on building trust and delivering outstanding service.

You’ll negotiate pricing and financing options with the finance team, maintain up-to-date product knowledge, and aim to meet or exceed monthly sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience preferred (automotive sales a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with a commission-based pay structure and performance goals
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record (required for test drives and vehicle moves)
• Ability to work a retail schedule, including weekends

• Greet and guide customers through the vehicle selection process, from initial inquiry to delivery
• Conduct test drives and walk customers through vehicle features and options

Titus-Will Automotive Group has been a family-owned South Sound institution since 1938. We're looking for a motivated Used Car Sales Consultant to join our Sumner team and help customers find the right vehicle for their needs.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $40,000–$160,000 annually (commission; total compensation depends on sales performance)


• Paid sick leave accrued at 1 hour for every 40 hours worked

What You'll Do
