Job summary

Titus-Will Ford in Tacoma is seeking sales representatives to join our family as we grow. We offer a commission structure of 25-40% of payable vehicle gross profit plus base benefits. This is a full-time, on-site role at a leading Pierce County dealership.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in sales or customer service, can work flexible hours including weekends, and maintain a clean driving record. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience and/or customer-facing customer service experience.
• Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority.
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
• Report to Sales Manager regarding objectives and activities
• Bring a positive attitude to work every day

• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
• Bring your 'A game' and a positive attitude to work with you every single day
