Job summary

MatchPoint Solutions is seeking a Business Systems Lead – Demand Planning (SAP IBP) on a contract-to-hire basis in Denver, CO. The role centers on translating demand planning requirements into IBP design and configuration while supporting the full implementation lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years in demand planning, hands-on SAP IBP for Demand experience, and a collaborative, coordination-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of demand planning experience.
• Experience implementing a demand planning solution.
• SAP IBP for Demand experience strongly preferred; other systems acceptable.
• Knowledge of S&OP and demand-driven planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP IBP activities across the project lifecycle, including design workshops, SIT/UAT, defect management, deployment, cutover, and hypercare.
• Translate demand planning processes (statistical forecasting, demand sensing, forecast disaggregation, consensus planning) into IBP configurations.
• Collaborate with demand planners and commercial stakeholders.
• Coordinate testing efforts and assist business users with test prep and execution.
• Deliver training and support for end users and power users.
