Job summary

CANPACK USA seeks an experienced Demand Planner to lead CPUS demand planning across customers, product categories, and markets, aligning commercial inputs with supply and financial goals.

You will drive S&OP/IBP processes, forecast accuracy, risk assessment, and data-driven scenario analysis, collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Operations to optimize service levels and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Lead CPUS demand planning and consensus build across customers/products
• Coordinate IBP/S&OP processes and demand reviews
• Analyze forecast performance and action deviations
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, and Operations
• Develop data-driven scenario analyses and recommendations
• Support planning system enhancements and dashboards
