Job summary

Cypress HCM is seeking a Business Systems Lead for SAP IBP in Denver, CO. This contract-to-hire role centers on demand planning, translating business requirements into system configurations and supporting the IBP implementation lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in demand planning, SAP IBP experience, and familiarity with S&OP. You will collaborate with stakeholders, planners, and technical teams to drive design, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.

Qualifications

• > 5-10 years of professional demand planning experience.
• > Experience implementing or supporting a demand planning technology solution.
• > Experience with SAP IBP for Demand is strongly preferred.
• > Understanding of S&OP and forecasting and demand-driven planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience in demand planning is the primary requirement.
• Previous experience implementing or supporting the implementation of a demand planning solution.
• SAP IBP experience highly preferred.
• Translate demand planning processes into system requirements and configurations.
• Partner with demand planners and commercial stakeholders to understand business requirements.
