Position Summary

Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and providing feedback; communicating and collaborating regarding store operations, technology, merchandising, and company initiatives; and supporting change efforts. Demonstrates exceptional customer service, manages store performance, and develops associates. Ensures compliance with policies and promotes a culture of belonging and integrity. Responsible for achieving sales and profit goals, managing budgets, and overseeing operational processes. Supports continuous learning and development of staff, and fosters a positive work environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years of college OR 1 year of retail and 1 year of supervisory experience OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership or related certifications, experience supervising 5+ direct reports, and leadership in performance management, mentoring, and hiring.
