What you'll do: Leads and develops teams, teaches training, actively listens to associates, tours stores, and provides feedback. Communicates and collaborates with all levels of associates regarding store operations, utilizing technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction. Introduces and leads change efforts, provides clear expectations, and implements business solutions. Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards, manages customer service initiatives, and develops action plans to improve customer experience. Drives financial performance by reviewing profit/loss statements, managing budgets, and ensuring sales and profit goals are met. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognition. Ensures compliance with policies and supports Walmart's mission and values, fostering a culture of belonging and integrity. Acts with integrity, serves customers, strives for excellence, and promotes continuous improvement.

The hourly wage range for this position is $31.25-$38.46 plus differential where applicable. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses and regional pay zones.
2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work with 1 year supervisory experience. For firearms-related positions, successful completion of background checks and training are required. All associates must complete necessary trainings and assessments.
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership or related certifications. Experience supervising 5+ direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
