Base pay range

$31.00/hr - $38.00/hr

Position Summary

What you'll do...

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and providing feedback to associates, touring stores, and communicating store operations and business initiatives.
• Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, support customer service initiatives, and ensure customer needs and complaints are addressed effectively.
• Drive financial performance by reviewing profit and loss statements, managing budgets, and overseeing operational processes to meet sales and profit goals.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and setting clear expectations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, support Walmart's culture of respect and integrity, and promote diversity and inclusion.
• Build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and motivate teams to achieve business objectives.
• Act with integrity, serve customers, strive for excellence, and support continuous improvement and technological adoption.

The hourly wage range for this position is $31.25-$38.46 plus differential where applicable. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses and regional pay zones.

Minimum Qualifications

2 years of college; OR 1 year retail and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work and 1 year supervisory experience. Additional requirements include successful completion of all relevant trainings and assessments.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership or related certifications, experience supervising multiple direct reports, and performance management skills.
