2 years of college; OR 1 year retail and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work and 1 year supervisory experience. Additional requirements include successful completion of all relevant trainings and assessments.
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership or related certifications, experience supervising multiple direct reports, and performance management skills.
