Position Summary

What you'll do:

1. Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback.
2. Communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations, utilizing technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction.
3. Introduce and lead change efforts, provide clear expectations, and implement business solutions.
4. Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, support customer service initiatives, and ensure customer needs are met.
5. Drive financial performance by reviewing profit and loss statements, managing budgets, and ensuring effective merchandise presentation.
6. Provide supervision, development, and mentorship for hourly associates, including hiring, training, and recognizing staff.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, support Walmart's mission and values, and foster a culture of integrity and ethics.
8. Build high-performing teams, embrace diversity, and create an inclusive workplace where associates feel supported and valued.
9. Act with integrity, serve customers, and make data-driven decisions to meet business goals.

Benefits and Compensation

Competitive pay, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), stock purchase, paid time off, and more. The hourly wage range is $31.25-$38.46 plus differential, with additional bonuses based on performance and location.

Minimum Qualifications

2 years of college; OR 1 year retail and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work and 1 year supervisory experience. Additional requirements include successful completion of required trainings and assessments, and background checks for firearm-related positions.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership, or certifications in People and Business Leadership, and experience supervising 5 or more direct reports.
