What you'll do:

2 years of college; OR 1 year retail and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work and 1 year supervisory experience. Additional requirements include successful completion of required trainings and assessments, and background checks for firearm-related positions.
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership, or certifications in People and Business Leadership, and experience supervising 5 or more direct reports.
